How to Sort Contacts

• Navigate to the Device Contacts page on the App under the More tab. 
• To mark a contact as a Prospect, swipe right on their name.
  • Swipe right again to undo. 
• Click on checkboxes for the prospect if they apply. 
  • Married - Click the checkbox next to the wedding ring emoji. 
  • Homeowner - Click the checkbox next to the house emoji. 
  • Age Range - Enter their age range next to the hourglass emoji. 
• To mark a contact as a Business, swipe left on their name.
  • Swipe left again to undo. 

How to Add Prospects Manually

• Prospects come from three sources - 
  1. Your device contacts (see above)
  2. Customers that send you referrals through the MyCutcoRep app. 
  3. You can add prospects manually. 
• To add a prospect manually, select the Plus icon in the top right corner. This will pull up the New Prospect form. 
• Enter their first name, last name, and phone number if available.
• If they speak Spanish or French, you may specify in the Language dropdown.
• If this prospect was referred by another one of your prospects, you can designate them as a referral. 
• When the information is all entered, select Save in the top right corner. 
• Your prospect will now be viewable on the Prospects tab.
